Privacy Notice

We may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Business information, such as business name, industry, and website.
• Contact information, such as name, email, phone, and address.
• CRM information, including contacts, notes, and activity records.
• Customer and prospect information provided by clients, such as leads and contact lists.
• Form responses and survey responses.
• Appointment and scheduling information.
• Opportunity and pipeline information.
• Email and SMS data, including message content and delivery status.
• Phone and voicemail information.
• Communication history across connected channels.
• Billing and transaction information.
• Website usage information, cookies, device information, and analytics.
• Publicly available business information where appropriate.

We use information for purposes such as:

• Operating CRM systems and managing leads.
• Operating workflows and sending authorized communications.
• Scheduling appointments and processing forms and surveys.
• Providing website services, reporting, and customer support.
• Onboarding, billing, security, and fraud prevention.
• Troubleshooting, analytics, and compliance.
• Service improvement.

Information may be processed through AI-enabled tools when those tools are used to provide services. AI may assist with summaries, drafting, analysis, websites, communications, workflows, reporting, and operational assistance.

We do not claim to train our own AI models on client data. AI providers may process information according to their own terms and policies.

Growth Helm does not sell personal information in the ordinary course of business. Information may be shared with service providers necessary to provide services, such as CRM providers, communications providers, cloud services, Google services, payment processors, AI providers, analytics providers, domain providers, hosting companies, online listing providers, integration providers, and other authorized technology vendors.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect security or legal rights.

We do not sell SMS data. Mobile information and SMS consent data are not sold. SMS opt-in information is not shared with third parties for unrelated marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing is permitted only as reasonably necessary for messaging delivery, platform operations, compliance, or law.

Opt-in: By providing your mobile number through a form, checkbox, keyword, or other opt-in method, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS text messages from Growth Helm AI (or a system we configure for your business). Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Opt-out: You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. To resume messages later, reply START or sign up again through the appropriate opt-in form.

Help: For support, reply HELP or contact us at robert.bower@growthhelmai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you authorize a Google or other connected account, Growth Helm or the underlying platform may access only the information authorized through that connection. This may include calendars, Drive files, business profile information, email-related functions, and other authorized services. You may revoke access through the respective provider at any time.

Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for service delivery, account maintenance, billing, compliance, messaging consent records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal obligations, backups, and operational needs. We do not promise immediate deletion in all circumstances, as some records may be required to be retained by law or carrier requirements.

Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of their information where applicable. Some customer data is controlled by Growth Helm's client, and requests may need to be directed to that business. Deletion may be limited by legal, billing, backup, telecommunications, or compliance requirements.

When a Growth Helm subscription ends, access to managed services may end. The client retains ownership of client-owned data and assets. Account or data transfers may be supported depending on the underlying platform. Some integrations may need to be reconnected, and a separate platform subscription may be required. Not every system or website can necessarily be exported in portable form.

Growth Helm's own services are intended primarily for businesses and are not directed to children. This does not prevent Growth Helm from supporting a lawful client organization that serves minors. The client remains responsible for any laws or consent requirements applicable to minors in its own business.
