Updated September 18, 2026. This notice describes the public GrowthHelm website and initial contact process.

Visiting this website

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, referring websites and page performance. This is aggregate website measurement, not advertising tracking. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to identify visitors. Our draft form does not send its answers to analytics. We also use Google Search Console to review how this website appears in Google Search; it does not require a visitor-tracking script on this site. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

The pilot request form

The form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not upload your answers, save them to a website database, or send an email automatically. You can review the draft before choosing to send it through your email service.

When you email us

GrowthHelm receives the information you choose to send, including your email address and message. We use it to respond and discuss whether a review is suitable. Our business email uses Google Workspace. Please do not send passwords, customer details or private business records with an initial request.

Private business reviews

We agree the exact records, access and scope before reviewing private information. This website does not provide a records-upload service. A pilot’s handling and retention arrangements must be agreed separately.
