Yes. If a new site or landing page would help, we can build or redesign one through the platform as part of your system. It's optional — we only recommend it when it actually supports how customers reach you.

You retain ownership of your business data, domain, branding, and any content you provided. When a Growth Helm subscription ends, access to Growth Helm-managed services may end, but we can assist with exporting your client data or transferring eligible platform assets where the underlying platform supports transfer. Some services may require you to obtain your own subscription with the underlying platform after a transfer.

You do. Your domain, branding, photographs you own, client-provided content, and business data remain yours. Growth Helm configures and connects things on your behalf with your approval — we don't take ownership of your assets. Note that a website hosted through an underlying third-party platform may require an active account on that platform to keep operating, and not every site can be exported as portable source code.

Some platform features — like text messaging, email volume, or certain AI-assisted tools — may carry usage-based costs from the underlying provider. We discuss any costs transparently before setting anything up, so there are no surprise charges.
