your business runs.

Clear evidence and practical action to help you reduce waste, save time and strengthen business results.

Supervised pilot reviews · Clear scope · No guaranteed results

What we review

Find what needs attention.
Know what to do next.

Marketing, follow-up, operations and financial results affect one another. We start with your priorities and the available evidence. Pilot findings guide which specialized teams and capabilities we develop next.

01

Marketing and visibility

Review website clarity and the customer contact process. Where approved Ads data is available, investigate spending, search terms and conversion tracking.

Needs: scoped public observations, plus agreed account access or exports for private advertising analysis.

02

Customer follow-up

Use approved records to investigate response gaps, estimate follow-up and the steps between Inquiries and completed work.

Needs: agreed dates, fields and definitions. Missing connections between records remain visible.

03

Everyday operations

During pilot scoping, identify repetitive administration, scheduling difficulties and handoff problems worth investigating. These priorities will guide the development of operational agent teams.

Being developed: operational automation. The initial pilot does not automatically run or change your business processes.

04

Your business results

We can compare supported periods of activity and collected payments, then explain what changed and what still needs investigation.

Needs: reconciled records. Payments are not profit. Cost and margin analysis needs suitable cost records; a change alone does not establish its cause.

What you receive

A review you
can act on.

Clear findings, practical next steps, and an honest account of what the evidence supports.

No estimated savings or lost-revenue figures presented as facts.

  1. 01

    What we found

The specific observation, its source, and why it matters.

  2. 02

    What could improve—and how

A prioritized recommendation with concrete steps and any owner confirmation needed.

  3. 03

    What would show progress

The records or follow-up checks needed to judge whether the change helped.

Three stages. One clear direction.

Evidence first.
Your control throughout.

Stage 01

Audit & proof

Establish what can be improved, distinguish findings from assumptions, and show the supporting evidence.

You receive a clear starting point.

Stage 02

Optimization

Choose a worthwhile priority. Review the proposed change, how to do it, what it needs, and how to check the result.

You decide what moves forward.

Stage 03

Controlled operations

Use approved follow-up reviews to track progress. Account changes or automated fixes require separate approval and a supported integration.

You retain control over actions and spending.

Available now: a supervised, scoped pilot focused on read-only analysis and recommendations. Broader operational teams and automated improvements are being developed from validated pilot needs. The initial pilot does not automatically change your website, Ads, business processes, customer records or payments.

A direct working relationship

Know who you’re
working with.

GrowthHelm is led by Robert Bower, a veteran based in Central Texas. The aim is straightforward: give service-business owners useful evidence and practical guidance about where to focus their time and money.

We are validating the service through supervised pilots before wider rollout. You can review the initial findings and decide whether a deeper review is worthwhile.

Agreed access

You approve the exact records and access before a private review. We do not need shared passwords for the initial conversation.

Clear limits

Missing information and unverified assumptions stay visible. Public observations do not become invented financial results.

Decisions stay with you

A recommendation is a proposal. Changes, spending, and contact with your customers require separate approval.

Before we begin

A few practical
questions.

Do we need to be running Google Ads?

No. A public website review can help identify clarity, contact, and customer-journey questions before you grant account access. Approved business records can support a deeper review whether or not you advertise.

What does a pilot cost?

The proposed pilot starts with one initial review at no charge or obligation, once we agree its scope. Any additional work, ongoing service, or third-party cost would be discussed and approved before it begins.

What information do you need first?

Your main business problem, the tasks taking too much time, your website, whether you have capacity, and the systems you use for Inquiries, estimates, scheduling, jobs and payments. Tell us whether you run Ads if marketing is a priority. Please do not send private records yet.

Will you change our website or business records?

No changes are included in the initial read-only pilot. We identify supported opportunities and explain how to address them. Customer, job, payment, and accounting-record corrections remain under your control.

How will you know whether this helps?

We first agree what to measure and check that the records are suitable. A later comparison can show recorded changes, but it must also account for timing, seasonality, and other explanations. We do not guarantee savings or revenue increases.
